Razhden Kuprashvili is the founding partner of Kuprashvili & Attorneys and holds a Doctor of Law degree. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. In private practice, he led Kuprashvili & Attorneys LLC and the permanent arbitration institution Black Sea International Arbitration Chamber LLC for eight years.

From 2023 to 2026 he headed the LEPL Anti‑Corruption Bureau, and from 2019 to 2023 he served as Director of the LEPL Legal Aid Service. From 2017 to 2019 he was Chair of the Audit Commission of the Georgian Bar Association, and in 2014–2015 he led the Legal Department at the LEPL National Center for Children and Youth. He has also served as head of legal services for construction and consulting companies. Early in his career he worked in Georgia’s common courts as a judge’s assistant and session secretary.

Dr. Kuprashvili is the author of multiple scholarly works, including articles, monographs, and studies on topics such as mechanisms for controlling political campaign financing in the United States; comparative-legal analysis of legislative regulation of natural persons’ insolvency; causes of over-indebtedness and remedies; and the notary’s authority in issuing enforcement writs.

He defended a dissertation titled “Problems of Insolvency of Natural Persons (Comparative‑Legal Analysis)” and authored an English-language work, Analysis of Models of Legal Regulation of Insolvency of Natural Persons.
